On Feb. 17 and April 27, Goodyear celebrated 25 years of engaging with Northeast Ohio students in grades six through 12 through its high school and middle school STEM Career Days.
During STEM Career Days, students interact with Goodyear associates during speaker sessions, speed mentoring and hands-on activities to learn more about opportunities and professions in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
“I look forward to this event every year, and I continue to be amazed and energized by the students’ curiosity and innovative spirit that they each bring,” said Brandy Moorhead, director of government compliance & product performance, Global Quality, and event sponsor of the STEM Career Day.
Goodyear has a long history of supporting its communities around the world and is committed to inspiring students to reach their full potential and prepare for careers. For the past 25 years, Goodyear has demonstrated this commitment through its STEM Career Day program.
